1 out of 5 starsIf I could give this shop no stars I would. I am not sure how she has so many 5 stars because this was the worst experience on Etsy I have had, and I have used Etsy many times. Ordered on Nov 12 for Christmas and after waiting for 6 weeks and being told repeatedly that the product was going to ship this week, it never showed up, finally gave up on December 27th of ever seeing my order. I emailed the shop owner several times and each time was told she was finishing the order and sending it that week and each time it did not show up I would contact her and there would be another promise that it would come the following week. My order never did make even after being told on Dec 20th she had mailed it 2-3 day USPS but still not here on Dec 27th. Do not recommend this shop.

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
You'll have your goodies in no time. Okay, here's specifically how long it'll take...
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Default Option: USPS First Class Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery. This option comes with a tracking number.
Upgrade Option: USPS Priority Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. This option comes with a tracking number and $100 insurance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. I do supply the customs number. The USPS customs number allows tracking to Canada ONLY.
You can opt to add insurance to any international package.
Why am I not seeing any tracking movement after shipment?
Keep in mind that your tracking information can have a 24+ hour delay. It is more accurate to track your package on the USPS website as opposed to using Etsy's site (which can have a slight lag).
What can I do if I'm having issues with transit/delivery?
If you're having trouble with your package in transit, please feel free to contact me. I'll do my best to figure out what's going on. Please understand that once I take your package to my local post office, it is out of my control. But, I'll do my best to help!
What can I do if I have a problem or am unhappy with an item or transaction?
It's very important to me that each and every customer is happy! If you have concerns please message me before you leave a review or open a case. That way, I'll have the opportunity to come to a resolution. I'll do my best to resolve any issues promptly.
Do you offer combined shipping for multiple items?
Yes! I do offer free combined shipping world-wide.
Are your parts genuine or off-brand?
I handcraft my items using 100% genuine LEGO® elements. I never use knock-offs or anything off-brand. Elsewhere, you may see items labeled as: "lego compatible", "lego like", "lego inspired", etc. That means they're not made by the brand we all know & love. Those pieces won't have the same look nor quality of design, material, molding, printing, and finishing. Another way to spot fake pieces is by the price. It's true that you get what you pay for! Not only are off-brand products illegal, they don't meet my quality standards.
